Cleveland Clinic launches daily interactive iPad app
This app provides the latest health and wellness tips.

Cleveland Clinic’s new app,
Today, integrates health information with mobile access to a patient’s electronic medical record through “MyChart” and aims to be a ‘one-stop-shop’ for health
and wellness articles, quizzes, and video. Additional features that help the patient take onus of their own care include “Request an Appointment” and “Find
a Doctor.”
Today
incorporates an interactive 3D model of the human body—with full rotation and zoom—to hone in on your health and news search. Toggling between bone,
muscle, joints, lungs and breathing is easy; and by simply clicking on the body parts, you’re transported to articles and tips housed on Cleveland Clinic’s
Health Hub.
A social component allows the user to share articles via email, Facebook, and Twitter and at the same time gives you the ability to rate and save stories
to your Favorites.
This is our 10th app available on iTunes and is
available for download on the iPad. The app is part of an overall digital marketing strategy, aimed at user-friendly health content for Cleveland Clinic patients and consumers.
