Health care communicators: Work got you down? You're not the only one.

An infographic from SnackNation says 65 percent of adults claim that work causes them significant stress.

"Of course work is stressful," you might say. "That's why we get paid the big bucks!"

Well, stress can cost a lot of big bucks, too. Workplace stress is responsible for up to $190 billion in health care costs every year.

You might be cavalier about the pressure you experience at work—perhaps you even brag about how busy you are—but it is a big deal. Side effects of stress include:
