Hospital’s app helps visitors navigate campus
Communicators at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital have created a short video to promote their app.
There are countless jokes about people who don’t like to ask for directions while driving.
Once visitors and patients actually arrive inside New Jersey’s Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, they might still need help to navigate long halls, elevator banks and various departments.
The solution? Communicators have been promoting the “RWJ Find Your Way app” with a short video. A narrator explains that a “blue dot shows where you are as you walk through the hospital and shows turn-by-turn directions.” The app also features popular destinations for visitors and patients, including:
