Jesse Lewin is the director of field brand reputation at McDonald's, where he leads its U.S. grassroots communications team. He's a senior communications leader specializing in grassroots and national efforts for political campaigns, the White House and Fortune 10 companies. Before McDonald's, he worked in the health care practice at Burson-Marsteller, managed consumer media and stakeholder relationships on behalf of Ford Motor Co., and worked in the White House office of communications and the White House press office.

Crystal Sullivan

Social media listening specialist

Crystal Sullivan is a social media listening specialist at SAS, where plans, coordinates and manages SAS' social media listening strategy. In this role, she builds global social media listening reports that measure social media performance and uncover social media trends and influencers, including "Share of Voice" reports to measure the company's performance against top competitors. She also manages in-house social media training and oversees SAS social media listening governance.

Jerry Nicols

Head of data-driven marketing SAP

Jerry L. Nichols is currently the head of data-driven marketing at SAP, where he leads the efforts to scale the adoption of analytics and insights for SAP marketing and communications through big data, technology, people and processes. Prior to rejoining SAP in 2013, he built and led the advanced analytics and measurement practices for JWT New York, SAP North America and Cisco Systems. He also serves on the board of trustees for Marketing EDGE and the Data and Marketing Association programming advisory and Marketer of the Year committees. He has a master’s in Mathematical Sciences/Statistics from Virginia Commonwealth University. @Jerry_L_Nichols
